Hilarious bombs with crackers
First the sesame seeds are roasted in a pan, i.e. fried without oil, until the sesame seeds start to sprout. Let it cool down. We grind the Harmonia Cracker. Grate the cheese and add the Ajvar, the ground crackers, 2/3 of the sesame seeds and the Bukovec. Mix it all together and make bombs from the mixture that we smear in the rest of the sesame.
Fast and good appetizer for good guests. Cheers.
